TV's Chris Packham backs Sudocrem campaign

Sudocrem’s new campaign 'Play More' is urging people to let their children play outside more.

The campaign runs from now until August 31 and will see the brand support  nurseries to help improve their outdoor play areas, as well as supply 'My Little Adventure Kits' to encourage children to explore to get outside and explore.

The Southampton launch was backed by BBC Springwatch presenter and celebrated naturalist Chris Packham who showed children how to make 'bug hotels' from used Sudocrem tubs.

Nick Lang, UK head of marketing Teva OTC, said that outdoor play obviously meant parents and carers contending with a few more scrapes and bumps but that such incidents were  “usually nothing that some Sudocrem and hug can’t deal with”.

“We’re becoming more conscious as a society of the importance of community and Play More get’s children and their parents out there, playing in parks and gardens. If they need a tub of Sudocrem they will go to the pharmacy on their doorstep!” he said.
