Individual pharmacies cannot do it alone – they need to support of their local representative body to deliver NHS services in a co-ordinated manner, and to help them work with other health professionals.
This Award is open to local pharmaceutical committees, community pharmacy (HB) committees, and local health board forums and should focus on achievements from January 2020 to June 2021
