Perrigo, the medicines and healthcare company, is set to launch a series of training workshops to help pharmacies learn about the benefits of becoming a Healthy Living Pharmacy, and provide a range of resources to help pharmacies make the transition.
Kicking off on 13th September, the free events will outline how being a Healthy Living Pharmacy can offer advantages in addition to the quality payments; how pharmacists can motivate their teams to develop and maintain a Healthy Living Pharmacy ethos; and how to prepare the criteria for more than half of the Healthy Living Pharmacy Level 1 self-accreditation.

“Healthy Living Pharmacy is about much more than quality payments,†said Lynette Roberts, training manager of Perrigo. “Becoming a Healthy Living Pharmacy can increase footfall, the number of MURs and the number of NMSs. It can also drive prescription volume and retail sales as well as customer satisfaction, and boost the motivation of the pharmacy team.Â
