“Your shop front is your uniform”

Making the right first impression has never been more important and signage specialists Mood Signs is a company that is aware of this fact more than most.

The business has become a market leader in providing bespoke signage in many industries and the pharmaceutical industry is a sector in which they are making big strides.

“You  don’t get a second chance to make the right first impression,” said Brett Armstrong, co-founding partner at Mood Signs. “In essence your shop front is your uniform.”

Since its beginning in 2013, the award- winning company have completed over 100 pharmaceutical signage installation projects through the UK.

“We offer an ‘end to end’ solution  to your signage needs,” Brett explained. “Our extensive experience working with both multiples and independent pharmacies allows us to offer a real consultative approach in the way we work.

“Our design team have vast experience in creating striking, attention grabbing signage all of which complies with NHS branding guidelines.

He added: “We appreciate the importance of producing attention grabbing signage that accurately represents your business and enables customers to understand the services you offer.”

One of Mood Sign’s latest project was for Parkview Pharmacy in north London.

Hiran Patel, Owner of Parkview Pharmacy said: “Changing the main signage was necessary as our old sign looked very dated and didn’t really stand out to passers-by. I really wanted the new signage to look classy but more importantly to really stand out and highlight the fact that we are  a  pharmacy and ravel clinic.

“Mood Signs have produced a spectacular sign in my opinion, it really does stand out. I have received only positive feedback from my customers.

“Within the first few days of the signage being installed, I noticed a surge in enquiries for the travel clinic service which we have been running since 2016. This has led to many more bookings than we had previously seen during either the summer of 2016 or 2017.

“I believe that the investment in replacing the old sign will have been returned by the end of this year, a mere 6 months!”

“The quality and professionalism during installation and aftercare has been faultless from Mood signs and I really could not be any happier with my new signage.”

In addition to their design offering, Brett said the signage company also has a large manufacturing facility were all signage is produced in-house.

“This is essential as it allows us to accurately control the quality and lead-times of our projects,” said Brett.

The team has been handpicked and built around Brett’s business partner, Robert Mood.

He said: “Robert oversees all production and under his stewardship the highly skilled team of creative sign  makers  constantly push the boundaries of innovation and challenging expectations in the signage they produce.”
