Public Health England has committed to bolstering its support for the Pharmacy and Public Health Forum.

In a written statement, PHE promised to:

€¢ Invest in additional staff for the lead pharmacist, Gul Root, to support the roll out of healthy living pharmacies and provide administrative support for the Forum and the HLP task group, which will inform how roll out should progress
€¢ Support the spread of best practice to enable swifter progress of the HLP concept
€¢ Scale up pharmacy's contribution to the PHE Health and Wellbeing Directorate's work programme.
