The new NPA CPD Hub offers members free access to over 2,000 pieces of clinical, management and practice learning. Each staff member gets a personal learning log and can record their CPD in line with GPhC requirements

The NPA CPD Hub was launched to members this month. Pharmacy owners and their teams can log into the Hub from the NPA website, and access thousands of articles and expert content to help with their learning.

The Hub is part of The Pharmacy Network, a learning system that is being constantly enhanced by content provider, Communications International Group (the publisher of Independent Pharmacist). Topics range from managing pharmacy refits, to improved record keeping and up to date research findings and facts and figures from public health bodies.

Training managers and pharmacy owners can access a learning dashboard to view staff learning, broken down by branch. It will also prompt staff when new training is required, and point out to them relevant topics that may be of interest.

The Hub is available to independent pharmacies, through their NPA membership. To register and access the site, visit cpdhub.npa.co.uk
