Perrigo has created a new and improved formula for Lyclear Treatment Shampoo. The new product will replace the current Lyclear Shampoo on the market.

The packaging and branding will retain the same look and feel, but will feature the new higher efficacy claims. The active ingredient is osmolone, a hypertonic complex which is clinically proven to kill head lice and eggs.

“We are always looking to introduce innovation to the category and our new shampoo provides parents with a fuss-free, fast treatment which will allow both them and their children to get on with their lives,” said Holly Turner, senior marketing director at Perrigo.

The shampoo will be supported during the back-to-school August/September period with a TV campaign, new website, in-store POS and a training programme. www.lyclear.co.uk.
