Cardiff community pharmacist  and entrepreneur, Raj Aggarwal, is running a special masterclass to celebrate International Yoga Day this Sunday, 25 June 2017.

He will be joined at the event by First Minister of Wales, Carwyn Jones.

The class, taking place at Cardiff Metropolitan University’s Cyncoed Campus, is expecting around 1,000 yoga lovers.

Speaking about his support for the event, the First Minister Carwyn Jones said: “Yoga is not only a great way for people to keep fit and healthy, it also helps focus the mind and allows people to relax and unwind from the stresses and strains of modern life.”

Aggarwal, who is also Honorary Consul of India for Wales, added: “We are delighted that the First Minister will be joining us to celebrate International Yoga Day. It’s a great opportunity for Cardiff and Wales to join the world in celebrating this timeless practice, which can be enjoyed by young and old. It does not discriminate and promotes respect for fellow human beings and the planet."
