Pharmacy Manifesto

The Independent Pharmacy Federation, Pharmacy Voice and PSNC have issued a toolkit to help pharmacy teams across the UK engage with their local MPs and support the Community Pharmacy Manifesto in the run-up to the general election. Pharmacy teams can find a template letter to send to their local MP and/or parliamentary candidate and guidance on identifying and liaising with their local representatives at: www.pharmacymanifesto.com. Some of the successful MP visits that have already taken place can be seen on the supporters’ page.

Chief executive of Pharmacy Voice Rob Darracott said: “At this time it is vital that we try and engage as many MPs and parliamentary candidates as possible, and encourage them to visit pharmacies to see, first-hand, the valuable services our sector provides.”
