Alliance Healthcare UK has introduced new standard rate customer service telephone numbers.
Retail customers should now call 0330 100 0448 while the Specials Customer Service Centre can be reached on 0344 854 4998.
The decision follows the centralisation of its customer service teams to a single national Customer Service Centre, based in South Normanton, Derbyshire, from its local Customer Service Centre locations. By centralising the Customer Service teams, and standardising working practices and processes, the new centre is able to improve call waiting times, the company says.
A mobile Area Customer Care Manager has also been appointed at each Service Centre, to proactively meet with customers and resolve issues more effectively and efficiently.
